GLOUCESTERSHIRE, U.K., June 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- VI Group plc ("VI" or "the Group"), one of the leading software providers to the mould and die industry, announced today that Ivy Fredericks will be resigning from her position as a Non-executive Director, with effect from the Annual General Meeting on the 25th June 2004.
