The Toro Company Selects Arbortext to Publish Operator Manuals

ANN ARBOR, Mich., June 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Arbortext, the leading provider of Enterprise Publishing Software, today announced that The Toro Company (NYSE:TTC), a leading provider of outdoor maintenance and beautification products for home, recreation, and commercial landscapes around the world, has selected Arbortext software to create and publish its operator manuals.

Arbortext will enable The Toro Company to automatically publish the operator manuals to both print and the Web. Because Toro uses Documentum as its content management system, time spent searching for content may be reduced.

"Manufacturing organizations turn to Arbortext because of the shear amount of information that must be created, managed, published and reused," said Raymond Schiavone, CEO and President of Arbortext. "We look forward to working with Toro."
