The investment equals 6.28% of the share capital and has been purchased at ISK 55.5 per share. Seller of the shares is Mallard Holding SA. The majority of the shares of Mallard Holding SA is owned by Mr. Össur Kristinsson the founder of Össur hf. After the sale Mallard Holding AS owns 18.7% of the shares in Össur hf.
