STOCKHOLM, June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today ForeningsSparbanken has reached an agreement to purchase 17 percent of the shares in BGC Holding AB (Bankgirocentralen) from Nordea. As a result, ForeningsSparbanken will hold 29,2 percent of the shares in BGC Holding AB. The acquisition will be carried out on condition of the approval of relevant authorities.
