LEHI, UTAH, July 12, 2004- Nokia (NYSE:NOK) today announced its premier sponsorship of World Golf Hall of Fame member Johnny Miller's 2004 Champions Challenge, taking place August 2 and 3 at the Thanksgiving Point Golf Club in Lehi, Utah. This year's tournament roster features some of the greatest names in golf, including Craig Stadler, David Duval, Dave Stockton, Hale Irwin, Billy Casper, Gary Player, Jim Furyk, Mike Wier and the legendary Golden Bear himself, Jack Nicklaus.

While fans will be able to cheer on their favorite golf champions, the real heroes of the Nokia Champions Challenge are the dentists and other professionals at the Caring Foundation for Children who work day in and day out to collect funds and connect resources to put smiles on the faces of children.

"Nokia is proud to sponsor the 2004 Champions Challenge.  This tournament is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the efforts of the Caring Foundation for Children and its impact on today's youth.  Nokia couldn't be more pleased to be connected with such a great cause," said Greg Shortell, senior vice president, sales & marketing, Nokia Enterprise Solutions.  "It's our hope that through the support of Nokia and the other sponsors, these great players and golf's dedicated fans, that we can continue to effect positive change for these children."

"Nokia is in the business of connecting people, and with their help and the help of golf's champions and the fans, we're ensuring that the Caring Foundation for Children can connect with more children to make a positive difference in their lives," said Johnny Miller.  "We're thrilled that Nokia is willing to be a part of such a great cause supporting the seventh annual Champions Challenge."
