NEW YORK, July 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- GTREX, Inc. (OTCBB:GRXI) announced today that its travel distribution service was launched at TravelWizard, LLC (travelwizard.com), the leading luxury travel agency that maintains a website at www.travelwizard.com.

GTREX, Inc. has created a 'white labeled' service that complements the existing travelwizard.com website and enables the online booking of airline, hotel and car rental trips through Galileo, Inc., and direct connections to the inventory of selected suppliers to travelwizard.com.

Travelwizard.com currently offers the most outstanding and comprehensive luxury travel information on the worldwide web, and is considered the number one source for luxury vacations in the world. With GTREX, Inc., travelwizard.com expands the scope of its business and has the ability to complete online bookings as well. With direct connection to travelwizard.com's suppliers, the agents will become more productive, the agency more profitable and customers will realize enhanced speed and efficiency when booking their travel plans.

GTREX, Inc. believes that its solution is unique among those currently available in that it allows travelers to access reservations from the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and also directly from preferred travel suppliers, insuring access to total availability and the best price. GTREX will earn fees for reservations made through the service.

We look forward to the future success of travelwizard.com. GTREX Inc. will now charge ahead with its sales and marketing efforts, targeting other suppliers and distributors to connect to the GTREX service."

About GTREX
