(Other OTC:QANT), through its recently acquired wholly-owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd., announces the signing of a gold reseller agreement with Digium. DimiTel will not only act as a reseller of Digium's hardware products but the partnership will also witness the integrating of Digium's hardware into the DimiTalk Calling Card, SMS Callback platforms and Virtual PBX systems.
Digium, a developer of powerful hardware solutions for Linux-based telephony, will be supplying DimiTel, the experienced voice applications and voice billing provider, with telephony hardware. Working in partnership to integrate new products based on DimiTel's software house, DimiTel will incorporate Digium's hardware into several upcoming products, including version 4.0 of the Calling Card platform and new products to be launched in the near future including Virtual PBX, and Corporate Conferencing Products.
