JULY 22, 2004: OSLO, NORWAY - Petroleum Geo-Services ASA ("PGS" or the "Company") (OSE: PGS; OTC: PGEOY) announced that it will release its 2004 second quarter financial results on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET) (9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)).
