(NYSE:HUM) for Coram to become a preferred provider of specialized home infusion, respiratory therapy and home medical equipment for Humana members. The agreement was effective July 1, 2004.
This national agreement, in combination with existing agreements between Coram and Humana's national network, Humana/ChoiceCare and Humana Military Healthcare Services subsidiaries, will allow Coram to provide services to 5.8 million members nationwide.
