DNO ASA has subscribed for 859,000 shares in a private placement in Amergy AS, against a payment of NOK 29,606,723.50, i.e., 73.26 per cent of the cash issue.
The Boards of Amergy AS and Ecuanor ASA have approved a merger plan for the two companies. DNO will become the largest shareholder in the merged company with an ownership interest of 19.99 per cent.
