STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- In consultation with the Board of Directors, PROACT's President and Chief Executive Officer Henrik Holm has decided to vacate the post of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors of PROACT will now initiate a search to find a replacement.
The ambition is to have completed the recruitment by November 1. Henrik Holm will remain as President until his successor has been appointed. Henrik Holm will remain a director of the Company.
Henrik Holm is the founder of PROACT and has been its Chief Executive Officer during different periods since inception in 1994. Henrik Holm came back as President and Chief Executive Officer in the beginning of 2003.
PROACT now enters a new phase with a growing contract base and stable consulting revenue, which in combination with lower costs creates opportunities for sustained profitability.
" I will be able to devote more time to existing and new director assignments. I am also hopeful that I will be able to contribute in various advisory and operative roles with my knowledge as an entrepreneur. The journey at PROACT has been a fantastic one and so enlightening.
