ATLANTA, Sept. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ruby Mining Company (OTCBB:RUBM) ("Ruby"), which conducts its operations through its subsidiary, Admiralty Corporation ("Admiralty"), has entered into an agreement with Diversified Financial Relations Consultants LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Corporation. H. Lee McCauley, Manager of Diversified Financial, has operated his own financial services retail firm, under the name of M & A Financial, for eleven years. He has been recognized by Registered Representative magazine as one of America's Top Ten Investment Advisors and has been recognized by Raymond James Financial Services for operating the Most Outstanding Office and had been selected as Manager of the Year. Diversified Financial has retained the services of several other experienced financial managers, all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in structuring, managing and operating public companies; identifying and negotiating with prospective business partners and directors, officers, and consultants; and in dealing with financial advisors and retail securities clients. Ruby CEO Howard Collingwood stated, "We are very fortunate to secure the services of Lee and his team. Most of Diversified's personnel are well acquainted with our company and they are well equipped to help us carry our message to the market.
"In other news, we are pleased to report that the New World Legacy and her crew are safe and unharmed by the recent bad weather. Last week, the ship moved to the Dry Tortugas to avoid Hurricane Frances. High winds and high seas developed there and we moved south to Cozumel, Mexico. We are now watching Hurricane Ivan to be sure to avoid that storm. We expect to return to work near Key West soon."
