(Pink Sheets:GXXL) would like to inform all shareholders that the company has submitted paperwork to Nasdaq for the FNRP share distribution. As soon as the company receives confirmation from Nasdaq, a follow-up press release shall be issued.
Financial audits shall begin next week on FNRP. It is the company's intent for FNRP to become a fully reporting company as quickly as possible.
Free Trading (Legend Free)/Restricted Shares: The shares received by shareholders of Global Explorations Inc are restricted shares. However, the shares could become free trading under the following situation:
FNRP intends to file a Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission, when an audit of the Company is completed. When, and if, effective, it will allow the shareholders of restricted shares to better utilize the selling provisions of Rule 144, and may, with the appropriate opinion of counsel, remove the restrictive legend on the shares prior to the one-year period being completed, under the spin-off rules of the SEC. Otherwise you will be able to sell your restricted shares after 1 year into the open market in a "broker-dealer transaction, with an opinion of counsel."
