Dr. Vital is an internationally renowned endocrinologist who worked extensively with Dr. Robert Atkins on the science associated with low carbohydrate lifestyles, and has recently published a diet/lifestyle book "Lose Weight Forever", which employs her modified low carbohydrate diet and nutrition platform, replacing refined carbohydrates with low-glycemic carbohydrates. She is to speak to the United Nations about Women's Health Issues in the Modern Era.
