SAMPO BANK TO ISSUE A SUBORDINATED LOAN
Sampo plc's subsidiary, Sampo Bank plc, will issue a subordinated loan eligible for Tier 1 capital on the international capital markets. The loan strengthens the capital adequacy of the company and enables growth of the banking operations. Marketing of the loan, maximum EUR 150 million, will begin in this week.
