ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has signed Disney's Animal Kingdom "Naht-A-Zu" (pronounced 'Not A Zoo') Commercial Spokesman Veryl E. Jones to be the "Amazon Announcer" for its new reality television program and 3D video game called "Amazon Challenge -- Search For The Amazon Queen".
Best known for his James Earl Jones bass-baritone type voice and his 6'4" stature, Veryl E. Jones delivered the on camera opening key phrase "It's Naht A Zu" in Disney's Animal Kingdom commercial seen by millions of television viewers each day.
Mr. Jones who trained at the Cleveland Institute of Music and performed with the Cleveland Opera on Tour has extensive credits in films, television and theater. He joins the cast along with former CBS "Survivor All Star" Rob C. in the most exotic and extraordinary reality show in the history of television. Other cast members will be announced in the next few weeks.
In other news: Recently, America's Favorite former CBS "Survivor All-Star" Rupert who was awarded $1,000,000 by CBS has agreed to have Raven Moon Entertainment produce and distribute a Public Service Announcement for his new non-profit organization called "Rupert's Kids". Last week Rupert appeared on The CBS Early Show, Fox News and "Live with Regis & Kelly" to promote the new non-profit organization.
Dividend recap: Raven Moon recently announced that it will be issuing a dividend of 3,432,062 shares of Clubhouse Videos, Inc. common stock to Raven Moon shareholders of record as of September 15, 2004. Shareholders will receive approximately one share of Clubhouse for every sixty-five shares of Raven Moon stock owned as of September 15, 2004, once Clubhouse begins trading.
DVD and video rights extended: Raven Moon approved a one-year extension of the Clubhouse Videos, Inc. agreement beginning July 27, 2004, provided that a minimum payment of $300,000 will be paid during the extension year and an increase from 10% to 25% of all worldwide gross revenues received by Clubhouse on the licensed properties from "Gina D's Kids Club" videos, DVDs, and music CDs, Clubhouse shall receive a one year extension. Also included in this deal are the DVD and video rights to "Amazon Challenge -- Search For The Amazon Queen".
Gina D's Kids Club: Raven Moon announced that "Gina D's Kids Club" will air in approximately 71 markets including an impressive 70% of the top 10 U.S. television markets in September which include: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington D.C. and Atlanta.
