CANDIA, N.H., Sept. 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Liska Biometry (OTCBB:LSKA), a biometrics solutions provider, today announced a one-year, US$ 5 Million technology licensing agreement with European Launch Pad SA (ELP) of Geneva, Switzerland. Liska Biometry will provide ELP the right to use and market its proprietary fingerprint biometric services within the United Arab Emirates.
