Making news is Playstar Inc. (Pink Sheets:PLYCF). Playstar announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary V-Loan has signed a definitive acquisition of 100% of the assets of Confida Group UK for $6,000,000 USD. Confida Group, a member of The General Insurance Standard Council, is a fully independent insurance and mortgage broker operating in Europe.
The company stated that, "The explosive growth we are witnessing in the U.S. marketplace is being replicated in Europe. Confida brings us a multi-national revenue base for our company to tap into."

Citadel Security Software Inc. (Nasdaq:CDSS)
Vulnerability management and policy enforcement solutions company Citadel Security Software Inc., announced preliminary results Thursday for its third quarter ended September 30, 2004.
The company said it expects to report record revenue for the third quarter of between $7.4 million to $7.8 million and its first quarterly net income.
Shares of CDSS closed Thursday's regular trading session at $3.17, up .49 on a volume of 2,337,832 shares.

Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB:IVGA)
Travel and entertainment technology company Invicta Group Inc. announced Thursday the September 2004 sales of subsidiary Airplan Inc. are 154% ahead of September 2003. The company added that sales for September 2004 were $551,680 versus September 2003 sales of $357,987.
Airplan's sales for the year to date March thru September, 2004 increased 58.6% for the same period 2003.
IVGA closed Thursday at $0.04, up 5.26 percent, on volume of 1,525,154 shares.
