MARKHAM, Ontario, Nov. 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ART International Corporation (OTCBB:ARIOF) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamant Film Inc., the exclusive North American distributor of a revolutionary non-PVC stretch wrap film, has delivered its first shipment of stretch wrap film to Victory Packaging. This shipment reflects the next step in conjunction with a Letter of Intent between Diamant Film Inc. and Victory Packaging for the distribution rights of Diamant(TM) film to the industrial, supermarket, institutional and catering markets throughout North America.

Victory Packaging, founded in 1976 and based in Houston, Texas, has sales of $350 million and is a full service packaging company. Victory Packaging has 50 warehouses throughout North America with 4 million square feet of warehouse space and 350 trucks making daily deliveries.
