(Pink Sheets:EMTI) announced after the closing bell Monday that Mr. Doug Johnson has accepted the appointment of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research & Development of the Company. Mr. Johnson brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of HVAC systems, Heat Transfer technology, and Indoor Environment technology.
Increased problems and complaints of unhealthy Indoor Air Quality have plague many building owners, designers, constructors, operators and occupants. Direct response marketing company, AdSouth Partners, Inc., announced record results Monday for the three months ended September 30, 2004, reporting record third quarter revenue of $1.95 million, a 1,338% increase compared to revenue of $136,000 for the same period last year. The company said that quarterly revenue rose 31.2% sequentially.
ADPR closed Monday at $0.105, up 16.67%, on above average volume of 858,690 shares.
Ocean Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:OCRI)
Shares of marine salvage company Ocean Resources, Inc. gained 23.26%, or 2 cents, on volume of 3,255,734 shares Monday and closed the trading session higher at $0.106. On Friday the company announced that its recovery vessel has started recovery operations at the site of the first of its two winter recoveries projects, a World War I wreck lying in 3500 feet of water in the Mediterranean Sea, carrying a manifested cargo of $2.5 million in tin ingots and other metals.
Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: SNDA)
Shanda, the largest operator of online games in China, announced financial results for the third quarter Monday after the closing bell, reporting revenues of $44.9 million (US), and net revenues after business tax and related surcharges $42.7 million (US), a 133.7% increase compared the same period last year, and a 23.1% increase compared to net revenues in the second quarter of 2004.
SNDA closed Monday's regular trading session up $2.59, or 8.50%, at $33.09 on volume of 3,275,824 shares. SNDA was also trading $3.52 higher at $36.61 in the after hours market.
