The Extraordinary General Meeting also approved to split each class A-share and class B-share in two with effect from 1 December 2004. New par value is NOK 5 per share.

All items according to the agenda dated 29 October 2004 were approved. It was unanimously approved to pay an extra dividend for 2004 of NOK 6 per share to shareholders as per 30 November 2004 based on the balance sheet as per 31 December 2003.
