V-Net Beverage Announces Allimax First Production Has Been Completed

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Dec. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTB), the marketing agent for Rush Cola, Ginseng Rush, Ginseng Rush XXX and the new Allimax(r) Nutraceutical water, has announced today that its first scheduled production of Allimax(r) Nutraceutical water has been completed.

The company's initial responses to taste tests of its first production were extremely favorable. The light delicate Natural Flavor added to Canadian pure Spring Water with Allisure(r) (allicin extract) is a perfect delivery system. The Nutraceutical water is pleasant tasting and an effective and convenient way to deliver allicin to the consumer.

"We are extremely pleased with our first production of Allimax(r) Nutraceutical water. The product has met our initial expectations in taste and packaging. The unique blue bottle design (11.5 oz) markets itself and as a company we are comfortable in moving forward in confirming and securing 10 truckloads of this bottle to meet our 2005 first half projected sales volume. Overall we see a great opportunity for V-Net with Allimax(r) Nutraceutical water," said V-Net's President Robert Corr after attending the fist production run in Marchand, Manitoba.

V-Net has sent samples from the production run to the upcoming SOHO Tradeshow (www.nnfase.org) running Dec 9-12. The company sees the timing of its participation in the SOHO tradeshow as a tremendous opportunity that will yield an immediate launch to the Allimax(r) Nutraceutical water.
