Wall Street News Alert's Stocks to Watch! December 8, 2004

WESTON, Fla., Dec. 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Bullion River Gold Corp. (OTCBB:BLRV), Intel Corporation (Nasdaq:INTC), Nortel Networks Corporation (NYSE:NT) and Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO).

Aggressive investors and traders will want to watch Bullion River Gold Corp. (OTCBB:BLRV) this morning! Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that it has completed the first part of its underground preparation work to accommodate its diamond drill program at its French Gulch mine in Shasta County, CA.

This could be good news for investors! The company's contractor, Widman Contractors Inc., has rehabilitated 1,200 ft of rail in the access tunnel and is starting the excavation of a new diamond drill station between the two known and previously mined major ore shoots. According to the press release, the company plans a 24,500 ft. underground drill program, which is expected to start as soon as the drill chamber is excavated. Additionally, the company plans a surface drill program of about 15,000 ft., which will begin as soon as feasible.

At the North Fork mine, the company's own crew is in the process of setting up the site with office, dry and shop. The cleanup and scrap removal as well as the removal of parts of an old steel head frame have successfully been completed. The site is being connected with power, muck dumps, material lay down areas and water tanks are being set up. After rehabilitation of the underground access, Bullion River plans to start an underground drill program of about 10,000 ft.

Investors will want to watch this one as things continue to gear up! Peter M. Kuhn, President of Bullion River states: "We are very pleased with our progress on both mines, the French Gulch and the North Fork. While we are moving along in the field we are conducting engineering and preparation for production at the French Gulch. Obviously, our confidence level to bring the French Gulch into production within 2005 is very high. The North Fork will require some more development but, we are confident that this will be the second mine which Bullion River will bring into production on route to its goal of becoming a significant American gold producer!"

The stock closed yesterday at ninety cents a share.

"Worker productivity was up by 1.8% in the third quarter of 2004; this was the slowest increase since the tail end of 2002. Additionally, lay-offs were announced today to the tune of 104, and 530 for the month of November.
