Advance Nanotech Announces its Sponsorship of the 2005 NSTI Nanotechnology Conference & Trade Show


NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Advance Nanotech, Inc. (OTCBB:AVNA) today announces its sponsorship of the 2005 Nano Science and Technology Institute (NSTI) Nanotechnology Conference and Trade Show, "Nanotech 2005" to be held at the Anaheim Marriott & Convention Center, California, U.S.A, between May 8-12, 2005. Co-sponsors include Motorola, National Cancer Institute, GE and Texas Instruments. More than 2000 attendees are expected, with over 100 seed and early stage companies and 200 Investment/IP discussions.

Professor Chris Toumazou of Imperial College London, a member of the Advance Nanotech scientific advisory board, is due to speak at the conference. Professor Toumazou will speak on the commercialization potential of university research in nanotechnology.
