Integrated Software Development Closes Contract With Large Insurance Company

BENEFIT to Replace Longstanding System


KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Feb. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small-and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that it closed a contract with Aminut Express, an insurance support subsidiary of one of Israel's largest insurance companies.

ISD's BENEFIT will be replacing a well-known CRM system that has been in use by Aminut Express for many years. BENEFIT has proven to be very simple and flexible to operate and Aminut is now able to create critical real-time reports, something that the Pivotal system was unable to offer.

Aminut Express provides auxiliary support services to over 250,000 car insurance policy owners working with Phoenix in Israel. Because Aminut has a complex array of services and clients, their existing CRM system did not provide the solutions that they needed.
