The number of Board members shall be 6 without Deputy Board Members.
Determination of the fees for the Board
Proposed fees to the Board SEK 765,000 to be allocated between the Board Members in accordance with the Board's determination.
Election of Board Members
The following Board Members are proposed to be re-elected: Lars Berg, Bo Dimert, Bernt Magnusson, Clifford H. Friedman, Raimo Lindgren and Birgitta Stymne Göransson. Lage Jonason has declined re-election in connection with the start up of a new business activity resulting in him relinquishing his board commitments.
