InterAge Completes First Stage of Tsunami Victims Project

$22 Million Web-Based Information Project is Well Under Way


CESAREA, Israel, March 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it has completed the first stage of the Tsunami Victims Project that was awarded to the Company late in January this year.

Only two and a half months following the tsunami, with a death toll exceeding 290,000 people, the UN-sponsored project is growing in its urgency. The objectives of the tsunami project are to provide optimal opportunities for identification of tsunami victims, both dead and injured, and to allow every user of the system around the world to enter up-to-date information and to confirm identification of victims. The sheer mass of victims and the fact that they come from all over the world requires the use of various forms of media, including text, voice, photographs and video for their identification.

With the design document completed, InterAge will now perform a systems analysis that will precisely define the development methods of the system to be developed by the Company. This stage should take about two and a half months. Once the system has been fully defined, InterAge will begin the actual design of this web-based information management project.

In addition to the fact that this site will serve tsunami victims and their families, the planned system will stand available for any possible future large catastrophe.
