SODERTALJE, Sweden, March 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- In accordance with the rules of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, Scania AB hereby also announces by press release the content of the notice concerning the Annual General Meeting of the company.

The AGM will take place on 29 April at 2 p.m. in the Victoria Hall at the Stockholm Fair grounds in Alvsjo.
