The new Board Directors are Hassan (Sam) Kassir (Chairman and CEO), William (Bill) S. Stewart (largest company investor and CFO), and Matthew (Matt) Richards (leader of company seminar and training program). John Aust has been approved as an honorary Board Director.
Former Board Directors James (Jim) Fletcher, Elizabeth Corona, and Minh Ho have resigned. Former Board Director and Chairman Robert Fletcher has been suspended (please see previous press release).

Kassir has been the lead consultant on ProVision business planning and development since September 2004. Prior to his consulting work for the company, Kassir served four years as chairman and CEO of eLocal Network Inc. He was chairman and co-founder of LiTV Network. At eLocal and LiTV, Kassir worked on infrastructure technology development with Microsoft, AT&T Broadband, Motorola, Liberate, Cox, OpenTV, Bell Canada and British Telecom. Kassir brings more than 25 years of business experience and his disciplined fiscal management style to ProVision. About William (Bill) S. Stewart
Bill, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) since 1958, came to ProVision through investing in the company; today, he is ProVision's largest investor with more than two million dollars in the company. Since the recent change of ProVision management, Bill has agreed to serve as Board Director and CFO (Chief Financial Officer). In his long and extensive financial management career, Bill served in many senior executive management financial positions: He was an Auditor and Management Advisor at Price Waterhouse, Controller for HOAG hospital in Newport Beach, CA, Financial Analyst for Aeronutronic, Space Division, a division of Ford Motor Company, Manager of Accounting and Data Processing for Rossmoor Corporation, Treasurer and Director of Dowd Associates, Inc., a real estate syndicator, Vice President-Finance for Cable Vision, General Partner Stewart Land & Cattle Co. Bill is also Chairman and CEO of Earth Sentient a public charity, and President/CEO of Bradstreet Investment Co., LLC, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Bill holds a BBA from Woodbury College, Los Angeles.
About Matthew (Matt) Richards
Matt is a national trainer and educator, a public speaker, a business, marketing, and management consultant, and a senior executive manager. Matt came to ProVision in its founding stage in 2003 and was one of its co-founders. He has been serving as ProVision's Senior Executive Vice President of Training and Education leading seminar development, presentation, and training. Before ProVision, Matt worked in seminar development and coaching with Franklin Covey (Carleton Sheets Real Estate Coaching) and The Coaching Institute (Robert Shemin, Ron LeGrand, and Real Estate Agent Seminars and Coaching), as consultant to Benchmark Literacy Group, and as Business Development Advisor, Mentor, and Coach for KMC Development. In addition, since 1983 Matt has been a Real Estate Investor and Coach with I.D.E.A.L. Investments. Matt has been very active with social and church groups.
