KinderCare Learning Centers Selects Trintech's ReconNET and Bank Fee Analysis to Optimize Funds Management

Early Childhood Education Company Selects Trintech's Enterprise Reconciliation Suite to Improve Reporting and Secure Consistent Rates Across Accounts

DALLAS and DUBLIN, Ireland, April 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Trintech (Nasdaq:TTPA) (Prime Standard:TTP), a leading provider of transaction reconciliation and payment infrastructure solutions, today announced that KinderCare Learning Centers has selected Trintech's ReconNET to reconcile their ACH payments, credit card transactions and non-sufficient funds transactions. In addition, KinderCare Learning Centers has selected Trintech's Bank Fee Analysis to monitor bank fees and secure consistent rates across accounts.

KinderCare provides early childhood education and care to children between the ages of six weeks and 12 years in the United States. KinderCare recently merged with Knowledge Learning Corporation in January 2005, creating the largest private childcare company in the world, serving more than 200,000 children and employing approximately 41,000 people.

KinderCare will replace an existing automated reconciliation process with ReconNET, in order to increase the efficiencies of accounting staff, and improve effective risk management and reporting for daily and month-end operations. Additionally, the company will use Bank Fee Analysis to automate fee error reporting and resolution processes for prompt recovery of overcharges.

"KinderCare required an innovative technology solution that would standardize core financial processes, improve productivity, and manage risk," said John Harte, General Manager of Trintech's Funds Management Systems Division. "Trintech has been providing businesses like KinderCare with flexible technology that meets their unique challenges for over 18 years. In competitive situations, our market-leading reconciliation solutions are recognized as the best choice for rapidly growing organizations."
