Formerly known as Oso Enterprises, a Nevada corporation, the new company name is Atlantis Holding Corp, which has been re-incorporated in the state of Nevada as of January 2005. New officers and directors of Atlantis Holding Corp include Robert J. Thompson, who has been appointed President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, and Charles A. Prebay, who has been appointed Vice-President, CFO and Director. Both Mr. Thompson and Mr. Prebay were formerly officers and directors of Cal-Bay International, Inc., which is publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board exchange.
Atlantis Holding Corp also has recently relocated to a new office location at 1562 Parkway Loop, Suite A, Tustin, CA 92780.
