TORONTO, April 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc., the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce the setting up of its first truck wash facility in Arizona. PDSS's first truck wash facility will be put in place at the Red Hawk Farms melon packing facility and will be the first facility to introduce Ozone sanitation for trailers hauling Red Hawk Brand watermelons to retail distribution centers. Revenues resulting from the Ozone Truck washer facility are expected by late May of 2005, with projected revenues of $15,000 per week.
PDSS's technical team will also begin install of the first Ozone Unit for Red Hawk Farms. It is expected to have the first Ozone unit to be completely operational within the first facility by mid May, when packing production will commence at Red Hawk Farms.
The company's staff will be accessing construction for the first PDSS distribution center, during the install of Ozone operations for the packing line and truck sanitization at Red Hawk Farms. PDSS is looking to have its first distribution center to be operational by late July, early August of 2005.
