Former CBS Television Network President to Serve on Raven Moon's Advisory Board

Company Focuses on Moving to the 'Next Level'


ORLANDO, Fla., April 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that James H. Rosenfield, former President of the CBS Television Network, has agreed to serve on Raven Moon's Board of Advisors for one year effective immediately.

Mr. Rosenfield, who is a member of the Board of Globalvision New Media, Chairman of Entertainment Media Group and President of JHR & Associates, consultants to traditional media, interactive media communications and entertainment companies, will be working closely with Raven Moon's CEO Joey DiFrancesco to take the company to the next level in the entertainment industry.

Prior to Mr. Rosenfield starting his own firm, he was with Veronis, Suhler & Associates, investment bankers where he specialized in electronic media and entertainment companies. Before joining Veronis, Suhler & Associates, he was Chairman and CEO of John Blair Television. From 1965 to 1985, Mr. Rosenfield held various sales and senior management positions at CBS, Inc. including CBS/Broadcast Group Senior Executive Vice President responsible for all broadcast activities. In 1977 he was appointed President of the CBS Television Network.
