Annual General Meeting

During Agfa's Annual General Meeting today, shareholders approved the re-appointment as members of the Board of Directors of Ferdinard Chaffart, André Oosterlinck, Karel Van Miert and Ludo Verhoeven and the appointment of Marc Olivié as a new member. All were appointed for a 3-year period, to come into effect today. In the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors Dr Ludo Verhoeven was elected Chairman of the Board succeeding Dr Pol Bamelis, who did no longer seek reelection. Marc Olivié was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.
