Now, with ZipFormMLS-Connect(tm), users can import data that is stored electronically, but has not been keyed into ZipForm(r), specifically, data that is stored in MLS databases.
NTREIS is the latest MLS provider to take advantage of the integration opportunities ZipFormMLS-Connect offers. "We are pleased to announce a distribution agreement that gives TAR members who are also NTREIS subscribers the ability to auto-populate ZipForm with MLS data from NTREIS Listings," said Jim Harrison, NTREIS Chief Executive Officer. This agreement covers licensing fees associated with this latest offering and ensures that this new service, soon to be released will be available to NTREIS subscribers as an added member benefit, at no additional cost.
ZipForm is RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) compliant and supports import/export of XML from other RETS compliant applications allowing ZipFormMLS-Connect to receive data from the NTREIS MLS System.
