STOCKHOLM, May 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Swedish software provider Focal Point AB. The agreement implies that Telelogic will implement and sell Focal Point's products via its global sales and marketing organization. The reseller agreement between the two parties has been signed in order to meet the increasing demand for Focal Point's products from international customers already today.
As earlier announced, it is Telelogic's intention to acquire Focal Point by making a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Focal Point. According to plan, the acquisition will be completed during early summer.
