Satelinx International Inc. Makes Headway into Homeland Security Market


MONTREAL, May 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Satelinx International Inc. (Pink Sheets:SLXI), a global provider of satellite vehicle tracking services, announced today that it has completed the development of a personal tracking device needed for Homeland Security, Immigration, Tribunals and several other agencies. Pending government approval, the company will launch the device in the United States and Canada within the month.

The device, which looks like a lightweight wristwatch, was developed with the aid of key military and security personnel. It uses GPS/GSM/GSRM to track people in real time, and it provides security features to alert authorities in the event of security breaches or threats.
