TABY, Sweden, May 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The present CFO at Enea, Gunilla Spongh, will leave the company at the end of August for another external assignment. She has been working at Enea for over two years and has during this time played an active part in the restructuring process.
"Gunilla has carried a heavy burden in the restructuring of Enea through a rights issue, divestments of non-core entities and development of internal processes. Enea is now facing a new phase with increasing market orientation and a distinct, global offering and we are therefore now looking for a CFO with a broad international experience" says Johan Wall, President and CEO of Enea.
The recruitment process for the position of CFO has been initiated. Sven Eriksson, presently Business Controller in the subsidiary Enea Systems AB, has been appointed acting CFO.
