SAN DIEGO, June 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable July 15, 2005, to shareholders of record on June 23, 2005.
Additionally, regular quarterly preferred dividends were declared by Pacific Enterprises, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy, as follows:
Pacific Enterprises: $4.36 Preferred $1.09 per share $4.40 Preferred $1.10 per share $4.50 Preferred $1.125 per share $4.75 Preferred (2 Series) $1.1875 per share
Each of the preferred dividends is payable on July 15, 2005, to shareholders of record on June 23, 2005.
