Vitasti Signs Master Broker Agreement to Supply Major Pharmaceutical Company

NEW YORK, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vitasti, Inc. (OTCBB:VITS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a Master Broker Agreement (the "Agreement") with Someo International ("Someo") for the exportation of Vitasti's line of bulk and packaged baking mixes, flax granola, 30 lines of bulk sugar-free candy, along with 500 other lines of low-carb and sugar-free products, to South Korea and Japan. The Company's bakery division will manufacture and ship its proprietary baking mixes for distribution in South Korea as well.

Under the Agreement, Vitasti will act as Master Broker of Low Carb health and wellness foods and dietary products for Someo's Asian customers, including one of South Korea's largest pharmaceutical companies whose revenues top $450,000,000.

By way of a separate release in the immediate future, it will be announced that said pharmaceutical company will be opening several health and wellness stores in July 2005, and that Vitasti will serve as major product supplier for those stores.

In addition, Someo is currently in negotiations with a Japanese baked goods manufacturer and a candy supplier for distribution of the Company's product lines to the Japanese retail market.

"We have been in negotiations with Someo International for the last 10 months, and are pleased with the direction of our relationship. Like any North American trend, within 2 years, most trends usually reach Asia. We are positioned to take full advantage of our distribution of (but not limited to) low-carb and health-related products to the Asian market, and anticipate that we will be in a continued position to be able to capitalize on this trend," says Tammy-Lynn McNabb, CEO and President of Vitasti.

"As specialists in the Asian market, we anticipate great success between our client base and Vitasti. We are confident in Vitasti's ability to present leading-edge products to our Asian customers," says Amy Chuang, President of Someo International.

The Company has also signed agreements with industry-leading health product manufacturers for distribution of their products in Asia. These manufacturers include Low Carb Success Inc., RW Garcia, Baker's Supply House and Nutrition Zone.
