KLIPPAN, Sweden, June 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- At today's creditors meeting at the District Court in Helsingborg it was decided to continue the reconstruction of KLIPPAN AB. Concerning Klippan Molndal AB the decision to continue the reconstruction has been made earlier.
The creditors support the decision of reconstruction of both KLIPPAN AB and Klippan Molndal AB. Concerning the measures carried out within the KLIPPAN group a strong support is expressed by the creditors.
A creditors committee has been created for the creditors of KLIPPAN AB and Klippan Molndal AB with representatives from suppliers, the bank and the employees, aiming to represent the creditors in the future contact with the reconstructor Mr Guy Lofalk.
