BALTIMORE, July 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- View Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:VYST), a leading edge homeland defense solutions provider announced today that it participated in front line security operations for concealed weapons detection at Major League Baseball's All Star Game at Comerica Park in Detroit, MI on July 12th. During this event of the "best of the best," security measures were at heightened levels.
The SecureScan concealed weapons detection system was in line with big name traditional metal detectors used for general admissions at the main gate. A clear view of the SecureScan system and its superior speed and operation compared to the other metal detectors was evident.
"SecureScan performs faster, saves images and is safer than the competition. Several individuals elected to go through the SecureScan instead of the others," said Dave Johansen, View's Homeland Defense Products Manager. "We were averaging 1,031 people per hour throughput, with peak volumes of over 1,200 per hour. Even at this very fast rate, we found people with knives and other contraband."

One security operator from a nearby line stated, "Your line is moving faster because your detector isn't alarming on people's keys all the time." One plain-clothes police officer that came through the SecureScan commented, "You store all the images? That's going to be very useful."
