The Company is pleased to announce that it has recently made a small investment equal to 2.5% of Spectre issued and outstanding shares. Spectre Technology is a profitable company, with sales registered of over US$400,000 so far since inception in April 2005. Spectre is planning to increase processing revenues up to US$10 Million by the end of 2006. In addition, Spectre is undergoing registration procedures for a listing in the OTC:BB and should be trading by early 2006. Spectre plans to grow through organic growth and acquisitions in the next coming years.
