The stock market opened for trading dull and slow on Friday and headed south all day long. The broad market ended at the lows for the session.
Most analysts believe the pullback is due to an overbought environment and there is nothing to be worried about. But, our researchers suspect there's a whole lot more downside ahead.
Technical indicators such as MACD indicate the stock market is near a top and will head to more reasonable prices. This is not an unnatural event. It's time for a pullback.
Our market technicians feel cash will be made by many diligent investors over the next few days and weeks. Yet, the money will be realized shorting stocks and preserving capital.
