MSEV has experienced delays on several of its oil and gas prospects over the past few months that have been out of MSEV's control. The cost for these prospects has already been paid.
Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "It has been an extremely frustrating time for MSEV's management and shareholders, as we have experienced delays that were out of our control which have caused MSEV to have no drilling news for the longest period in recent history. MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties.
