As a manager for HR projects Sari will be leading and implementing global Human Resources initiatives, develop processes and tools in accordance with our People and Business Strategies. Sari will focus on projects aiming at strengthening the employer attractiveness, leveraging the internal talent potential and ensuring we have a competent and motivated workforce for future business needs. Sari will work closely with the Business Areas and countries in various initiatives.
Sari has a broad understanding of HR related matters in an internationally operating company and I am confident that Sari has skills and enthusiasm that will contribute to further strengthening the HR support to the business.
Sari has a M.Sc (Econ.) in Economics and Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws. She has worked in HR positions in Finnair Corporation staff organization and recently as a Human Resources Manager for Eaton Nordic Region.
Sari is keen on different sports depending on season ranging from jogging to downhill skiing.
