Adds Wood Pellets to Product Line; Oil Hits $65 Plus


HUNTINGTON, N.Y., Aug. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Green Energy Resources (Pink Sheets:GRGR) announces the opening of an office in Rotterdam, Holland. Michiel De Jongh has been appointed executive director of marketing and sales for the Benelux countries. Mr. De Jongh is a well respected business entrepreneur known in Holland and through out Europe. He brings over 25 years of experience to Green Energy Resources. The esteemed Mr. De Jongh has been working for Green Energy Resources for over a year, negotiating with Europe's largest international electric power generating companies. Mr. De Jongh's addition and value has had immediate impact for the company, in the form of millions of dollars in new orders, including wood pellets to be used in co-firing. Green Energy Resources CEO, Joseph Murray, will be heading to Holland to finalize order details, including a three year bulk wood pellet supply to a European utility.

In related news, oil hit an all-time high of $65 yesterday and continues to push toward $70 per barrel, or higher.
