in Oslo at Stranden 21 (DnB NOR building) in the Auditorium on
second floor on Wednesday August 24, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. If you

2. Teleconference and Webcast
A conference call will be held at 03:00 P.M. CET (Norwegian time)
on Wednesday August 24, 2005. The presentation will be available
to download from the Investor Relations section at www.frontline.bm
(go to "Presentations") from Wednesday morning.
