("Telizon"), part of the Company's Telecom Division, signed an Agreement with three (3) Eastern Ontario based School Boards. The agreements are expected to immediately increase yearly revenues by $400K. Services include Centrex Lines, Unique Lines, long distance services and a variety of customized on-line financial control systems.
