Mr Christian Jepsen, 46, holds an MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration and has been with FLSmidth since 1990. He is President of the Group's USA company which is responsible for the cement activities in North, Central and South America.
The Corporate Management will in future consist of four members: Jørgen Huno Rasmussen, CEO; Poul Erik Tofte, CFO; Bjarne Moltke Hansen and Christian Jepsen, both Executive Vice Presidents.
To streamline the Group Management structure the management of the holding company FLSmidth & Co. A/S will become identical with that of the operating company FLSmidth A/S as from early 2006.
